Maintaining high standards in formulation and storage helps ensure that research compounds remain suitable for analytical environments.

All Dutch Drops products are classified as research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory use.

Dutch Drops liquid compounds have a shelf life of:

  • At least 6 months when stored at room temperature

  • Up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dark environment (below 10°C)

Proper storage plays an important role in maintaining long-term stability.

Proper storage is important to maintain the quality and consistency of liquid plant-based compounds. Environmental factors such as temperature, light exposure and air can influence overall stability.

To preserve the integrity of the formulation, we recommend the following:

 

• store in a cool, dark place
• minimize exposure to light and air
• keep the bottle tightly sealed
• avoid heat and direct sunlight

 

Dutch Drops formulations are developed with stability in mind, but consistent storage helps maintain clarity and overall quality over time.

Our packaging is designed to support product integrity:

  • UV-resistant glass bottles

  • Secure sealing

  • Integrated dropper system for controlled handling

This helps protect the formulation from light exposure and supports consistent, precise application.

We continuously review our production processes and supplier standards to maintain consistent quality. If you notice anything unusual regarding your product, we encourage you to contact our support team. All feedback is taken seriously and reviewed carefully. We believe in controlled standards, documented quality, and continuous refinement.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return:

  • Email us at support@dutch-drops.com

Once your return request has been approved, you’ll have another 14 days to ship the products back to us.

Please always contact customer service first before sending anything back!

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused and unopened

  • Products must be returned in original condition

We do not accept returns of opened products.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • Your refund will be processed within 72 hours

  • You will receive a full refund for unused and unopened products

If you returned your entire order, we will also refund your original shipping costs.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We do not provide (free) return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product?

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

Shipping & delivery 

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will be processed the next business day.

 

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • EU countries: 2–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

All orders are shipped in neutral, protective packaging without product references on the outside.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@dutch-drops.com and include your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Payment

We offer a selection of payment options for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

All payments are processed via secure and verified payment providers, including GoBank24 and CoinToPay.

 

Some payments, such as bank transfers and certain crypto transactions, may require manual verification.

If your payment is not confirmed immediately, it may still be in processing.
